I "nailed" it!
That thought is scary enough to motivate me。
You can't imagine how relieved me & my parents were, as we looked at my ultra-short fingernails with PRIDE.

oh wow oh wow~ best films of 2009
Everytime I finish watching a movie, I will visit IMDb (The Internet Movie Database) to rate/comment/discuss.
But some films are soO0 good that they don't deserve any criticism at all.
I can't help but think that those haters are just trying to attract attention.
Biased as I may be, here are my 10 recommendations for 2009 (based on my vote history):
Fantastic Mr Fox
Up
(500) Days Of Summer
Slumdog Millionaire
The Hurt Locker
Departures (Okuribito)
(Bodyguards & Assassins)
Inglourious Basterds
An Education
Bruno
oh wow just realised my top 2 are both animated films...and yes I excluded AVATAR.

new year's eves
We cannot/should not stay home for New Year countdowns.
Yes another one of my weird theories.
That explains why I love countdown parties at Downtown East.
Free entrance, some Taiwanese celebrities (think 曹格/范玮琪), and the oh-so-touching "Auld Lang Syne" 大合唱 when the clock strikes 12.
BUT not this year.
Just because the organizers decided to charge $75 for a Hoobastank concert.
(PS: Nothing against Hoobastank, but one whole nite of Hoobastank??? Give me BLACK EYED PEAS or PUSSYCAT DOLLS anytime.)
To demonstrate how firmly I hold on to my theories, refer to New Year's Eve 2007.
My family decided to stay home.
My friends expressed no interest in countdown parties.
I randomly suggested having dinner with an ex-classmate who happened to be on MSN.
She brought her boyfriend along.
I was the biggest lightbulb in the restaurant.
We parted after dinner.
It was 3 hours to midnite.
Why go home?
So I went Orchard Cineleisure for a depressing anti-war movie "In The Valley Of Elah".
Yes. Alone. On New Year's Eve.
Took a train to Clarke Quay, waited for the clock to strike 12, witnessed the crazy crowds.
And took a train home.
Don't make me feel sorry for myself.
No "self-pity" in Royboy's dictionary.
Maybe I should just stay home this year and watch the live telecast of Taipei's countdown party.
Although that's not really what I want.

I always thought my old blog should have been dead by now...
But the website is still valid. WOW.
FYI: http://zhipthechicken.blogspot.com
YES. Zhip The Chicken.
All because of that chicken pencil case my JC friends got me for my 17th birthday.
I even named it BENJI
It should be hiding in some corner of some drawer in my house.
*after 10 mins of searching*
OH.
Thanks Mum, for reminding me.
RIP Benji.
Who knows, I might just name my son after you.
Benji Liu. HAHA.
Poor son.

I dunno how long this thingy is gonna last...
But since I registered for a NEW blog (yes I used to blog), let's see how far I can go...
JOY.
An essential element in ROYBOY's life.
Hopefully this blog will be filled with joyful posts.
Since there's nothing much in life for me to EMO about.
Even if certain posts tend to be a little EMO...
Rest assured that it will end on a joyful note.
=)
